Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and are subject to availability.

Occupancy Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors or parties without prior approval.

Noise & Respect for Neighbours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please respect our neighbours — this is a tranquil, family-oriented area.

No loud music or disruptive behavior at any time.

Pets Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved. We love animals, but want to preserve the natural setting for everyone’s comfort.

Smoking & Fire Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.

Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas only—please dispose of all butts responsibly.

No open fires outside of the designated fire pit (if applicable) and only when local fire bans are not in effect.

Water & Septic The property is on a well and septic system. Please:

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Use water mindfully—short showers and no running taps left unattended.

Kitchen & BBQ Use Guests are welcome to use the fully stocked kitchen and BBQ.

Please clean all dishes and cooking areas before checkout.

Propane for the BBQ is provided—notify us if a tank runs low.

Lake & Outdoor Safety Use the lake at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.

Children must be supervised at all times near the water.

No diving or unsafe water activity.

House Care & Cleanliness Please leave the home in tidy condition—extra cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.

Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

WiFi & Smart TVs WiFi is provided for your convenience—please use it respectfully (no illegal downloads or streaming).

Smart TVs are logged into guest accounts only; please remember to log out before departure.

Wildlife & Nature You are in a beautiful, natural setting—please do not feed wildlife.

Keep food indoors and garbage secured to avoid attracting animals.

Booking Commitment: Please review the property details, location, and total cost before booking. We honour the cancellation policy as stated at the time of booking only. Cancellations for reasons unrelated to the property—such as cost, change of plans, or travel issues—will not be refunded outside of this policy. Please note there is a pet fee of $150 for pet stays at this property. Winter Firepit Use:

Outdoor firepits have limited access during the winter months due to snow conditions. A shovel is provided for your convenience should you wish to use the firepit and need to clear a safe area around it.

Guests are responsible for ensuring the area is properly cleared and safe prior to use.
