The heart of the home is a large living room that offers panoramic views of the coastline, complemented by a large flatscreen TV for cozy movie nights. For those traveling with little ones, the property is exceptionally family-friendly, providing three cribs and a high chair. Guests should note that the upstairs bedroom is not fully enclosed and remains open to the main living space via a staircase.

You are also just two-and-a-half miles south of the famous Glass Beach and a little over five miles from the Mendocino Botanical Garden.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. To ensure a secure stay, a short check-in form and rental agreement must be completed after booking. Please be aware that the property does not support EV charging; public chargers are available in the surrounding area. For security, two exterior cameras are present at the front entry and the garage.

Pets are welcome with specific guidelines: up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under) are allowed. All pets must be disclosed at booking, and a nightly pet fee applies. Pets must stay off furniture and cannot be left unattended unless crated.
