Designed for comfort and convenience, this chalet sleeps up to 4 guests and is part of a vacation rental duplex. The layout features a unique open-concept loft on the second level containing one queen bed. On the first floor, the living area includes a sofa queen bed to accommodate additional guests. The home also features one bathroom to serve your group.

While the chalet is designed for a relaxing escape, please note the following details regarding the space:

• Sleeping area is primarily located on the second level
• Full kitchen equipped with a full-size range, microwave, full-size refrigerator, freezer, pots, pans, and dinnerware
• Ambient lighting provided by electric candles with a remote (the fireplace is non-functional)
• Private entrance with digital key code access
• One dedicated parking space located directly next to the unit entrance

Located in the heart of Ocean Shores, this property provides a peaceful atmosphere for those looking to reconnect with the coast. Guests are encouraged to maintain the serene environment by adhering to the property's quiet hours and house rules.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Strict times due to cleaning protocols)
• Pets: Allowed
• No parties permitted; quiet hours are enforced after 10:00 PM
• No bonfires allowed on the property
• No smoking or vaping indoors (a $250 fee applies for violations)
• Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on-site for safety reasons
• Guests are kindly asked to wash all used dishes as there is no dishwasher
• We suggest removing shoes at the door after beach visits to keep sand outside
