Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Please notify staff by 10:30 PM if arriving after 1:59 AM to receive a new access code.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests may be made before 10:00 AM on the day of departure (subject to availability and extra cost).
• Pets: Furry companions up to 15 kg are welcome (maximum 1 pet). A fee of $210 MXN per pet per night applies, and pets must not be left unattended inside the unit. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 MXN is required for pets.
• Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are not included. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory cleaning fee of $500 MXN + tax (or $400 MXN per week as per specific booking terms) is charged every 7 nights.
• Deposits: A damage deposit is required; options include a one-time payment of $160.5 MXN or a refundable retainer of $1,500 MXN.
• Policies: Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Missing access cards will be charged at $30 USD + tax per card. Please ensure the total number of guests is specified at booking to guarantee sufficient linens.
