Location is everything at this property. You are perfectly positioned just a five-minute walk from the stunning beach at Cape Kiwanda and the local favorite, Pelican Brewery. The home is situated on Cape Kiwanda Drive, a main thoroughfare through Pacific City, placing you in close proximity to some of the region's best surfing spots and scenic hiking trails. If you are traveling with a larger group and require more space, the Long Board Loft is also available for reservation.

As this home is the bottom portion of a duplex, guests should be aware that sounds from the unit above may be audible.
