Welcome to Mont-Royal Suites, an amazing spot for an authentic stay in Montreal! This brand new, luxurious apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the bustling Plateau area, offering guests a vibrant home base to explore the city's most eclectic shops, restaurants, and bars.

This newly renovated space is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed, all complemented by new furniture and an upgraded bathroom for your comfort.

While the apartment is fully equipped for your stay, please note that the structured amenities list is currently limited. However, the interior features a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine with some complimentary coffee and tea, and a smart TV. Guests can also enjoy the shared rooftop patio and an AC unit in the living room, though please be aware the AC system is shut down during winter months from approximately November to April.

Located in the Plateau and Ville-Marie district—often called Canada's hippest neighborhood—you are immersed in a colorful, artsy atmosphere. The location is unbeatable for sightseeing and convenience: it is across the street from the Mount-Royal Metro Station and just a minute away from various bus lines. You are within a 10-minute walk of Mount Royal Mountain and the famous Jeanne-Mance Park, and an 8-minute walk to La Fontaine Park. Downtown Montreal is only 5 minutes away by transport, Old Montreal is 10 minutes away, and the airport is roughly 25 minutes from the property. A Maxi Grocery Store is also conveniently located 8 minutes away.
