This floor also includes a bathroom with a laundry area and one bedroom featuring a queen-size bed; additional sleeping space is provided by a sofabed in the living room. The upper level hosts two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower accessible from both the hallway and the master suite. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, a television, and a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean and town. The master room serves as a true retreat with a king-size bed, a television, and windows providing jaw-dropping views of the sea.

Throughout the 1930's house, antiques complement the historic charm, while numerous windows allow guests to spot harbor seals, sea lions, and whales. For indoor entertainment, the home provides a DVD player with a movie selection, cable TV, board games, and a huge variety of books.

Nestled on a hill on the south side of Depoe Bay, the property is close to the world's smallest bay and the town's charming restaurants, souvenir shops, and the Whale Watching Center. From the nearby harbor, you can launch a boat or book deep-sea fishing and whale-watching tours. Local exploration is easy, with Fogarty Creek beach access less than five minutes north, the breathtaking Devils Punch Bowl 10 minutes south, and Lincoln Beach and Gleneden Beach 10 minutes north. Nearby cities like Lincoln City and Newport are both approximately 15 minutes away.
