The home is thoughtfully laid out across two levels to ensure everyone has their own space. The main floor features two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. For additional flexibility, there is a bonus room and office that includes a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate the 8th and 9th guests. The basement provides a private retreat with a third bedroom containing both a queen and a twin bed, a second bathroom, laundry facilities, and a family room where an air mattress is available for the 10th guest.

To ensure a smooth stay, check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The principal renter must be at least 21 years old. While pets are allowed, we ask that they stay off the furniture and beds, are not left unattended unless kenneled, and that guests clean up after them. Please note a $100 minimum pet cleaning fee applies for damage, excessive hair, or odors. Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Access to the property is seamless via a unique keyless entry code active for the duration of your stay.
