• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. NoiseAware monitoring is used in first-floor common areas to ensure neighborhood courtesy.
• Parties: Strictly prohibited. Gatherings are limited to 8 people; violations result in a $700 fine.
• Policies: A digitally signed rental agreement is required upon confirmation. Extended stays exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee per 21-night period.
• Cancellation: Full refund (minus ~4% processing fee) if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
