Electricity is not included in the rental rate and is charged at approximately US$0.40 per Kw/h (estimated at US$17.00 per day if A/C is used only at night for 2 bedrooms). For the safety and comfort of all, guns, drugs, and prostitutes are strictly prohibited in the units.
