This expansive home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to suit various group needs: Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 each feature a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 offers a Full bed, and Bedroom 5 is a versatile space with 2 Twin bunk beds and a Twin daybed with an attached Twin trundle. Please note that Bedroom 4 is open concept and does not have a door for privacy.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed if disclosed in advance and the pet fee is paid. Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Please be aware that the home requires stairs for access; the main living area and kitchen are upstairs from the front door, while the basement is downstairs.

House Rules & Important Notices:

• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• No smoking indoors ($1,500 fee) and no parties or events permitted ($1,000 penalty).
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Exterior security cameras are located at entry doors for safety.
• The property is adjacent to an event center; music/noise may be audible on Friday and Saturday evenings until 11:00 PM.
• Note: Scheduled outdoor excavation occurs daily from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM from May 26 through approximately August. Certain yard areas and the swing set will be unavailable, though the grill and fire pit remain open for use.
