About Property

Experience the height of tropical luxury at Bungalow 7, a spacious ocean-view vacation home perfectly positioned along the ideal southern coastline of Koloa, Hawaii. As the only two-story bungalow in the collection, this residence offers commanding ocean views and an elevated island experience.

The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The upstairs primary bedroom is a true sanctuary with its own private outdoor lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe, complemented by a primary bathroom with a marble shower and double vanity. A second bedroom, located just inside the front door, provides two twin beds that can be adjusted into a king to suit your preferences, complete with an en suite bathroom for added privacy.

Designed for comfort and sophistication, the interior boasts high ceilings in the living area and a beautifully appointed kitchen featuring granite countertops and top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub Zero fixtures. Step outside to the lanai to find an outdoor dining table, comfortable seating, and a BBQ area. For a truly unique island-inspired luxury, guests can enjoy the outdoor lava rock garden rain shower and experience the magic of showering beneath the stars.

While the structured amenities list is limited, guests enjoy exclusive access to the award-winning facilities at The Club at Kukui'ula, which are within walking distance. These include an 18-hole Tom Weiskopf designed golf course, the Hi'ilani Spa and wellness complex, a 10-acre organic farm, saline pools, and two restaurants. Families will love the community game room with billiards, ping pong, and arcades, while the Lodge provides complimentary light breakfast snacks each morning.
