RENTAL AGREEMENT - HOUSE RULES Thanks for choosing our house for your stay! In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for all, here are some rules to follow:

1. Security Deposit For bookings through Airbnb, please refer to their policies. For other platforms, a security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, subject to no damage.
2. Liability Stay at your own risk. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses that occurred during your stay. Forgotten items can be returned at your own expense.
3. Access to the property In case of need, the landlord or a representative may access the property with reasonable notice or without notice in case of emergency.
4. Use of the HOT TUB (if there is one) We do everything we can to make the HOT TUB ready upon arrival. If a water change has been required, heating time may be required. This is not a reason for complaint. Please shower before use and close the lid after use.
5. Safety and surveillance Some properties are equipped with outdoor cameras pointed only on outdoor accesses to avoid any intrusion of your privacy.
6. Living rules Respect for the neighborhood: No noise between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Number of guests: Only the number of people declared can stay there. Access and identification: The primary guest must present upon request an ID and the credit card used for the reservation. No smoking: No smoking (cigarette, vape, cannabis, etc.) inside. Pets: Accepted in some properties, subject to conditions, with prior agreement and possible fees. Events Prohibited: Parties and gatherings are not allowed without written approval. Parking: Only in designated areas. Respect for the premises: Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged for. Problems during the stay: In the event of an issue with the property, you must notify us immediately and give us access to the property in order to allow us to see and resolve the problem within a reasonable period of time, otherwise this cannot be used as a basis to justify any corresponding future claims. Compliance with the rules: Compliance with the rules ensures a great experience for everyone. In case of significant non-compliance (e.g. disturbances, overcapacity, damage), we reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund.
