Designed for families and groups, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The interior boasts an open living and dining space characterized by vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for your whole crew. You will find two overstuffed sofas and a plush armchair facing a large flatscreen television, creating an inviting spot for family game nights. The kitchen is a highlight, featuring a unique island with a rustic, reclaimed-wood workspace and a tiered bar with seating for three.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the property. The primary suite offers a king-size bed and a bathroom featuring a gigantic, custom-built, step-in shower with a built-in bench. A second bedroom on the main floor includes a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle. For the younger guests, the ground level offers a super-cool hangout spot (not attached to the main house) equipped with a sleeper sofa, a full-over-full bunk bed with a trundle, and another flatscreen television.

Outdoor living is where the fun truly happens. The property includes a fully fenced yard, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows under the stars, and a large, 6ft deep in-ground pool newly installed in June 2023.

• Parking: Driveway space for 4 cars; no parking on lawns or neighboring driveways
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Pets must stay off furniture, be cleaned up after outside, and remain crated if left alone indoors
• House Rules: Guests must be 24+ to book. No parties allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please use only black trash bags provided under the sink
• AC Setting: Do not set the AC below 70 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing
• Fees & Policies: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. Evictions due to rule violations result in an $850 fine
