The sleeping arrangements are optimized for comfort: the upstairs master suite features a King bed, a TV, and an ensuite bath; a second King bed is located on the main floor; and a third bedroom upstairs offers a Queen bed. For additional guests, the main living space includes a double pull-out sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The open living plan is anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace (with wood provided) and a dedicated coffee bar. Guests can enjoy entertainment on the 75" TV or step outside to take in the scenery from two private decks. The home also includes a full kitchen for home-cooked meals.

While the condo does not have AC, the mountain air keeps the space cool; simply open the windows once the sun dips behind the mountains and use the west-facing blinds to maintain a comfortable temperature. For connectivity, the unit is equipped with reliable Fiber Optic WIFI (up to 50 Mbps), perfect for streaming on multiple devices via the smart TVs.

It is also situated less than 30 minutes (26 miles) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton.
