To ensure comfort in any season, the home is equipped with eleven radiators, with one of the double bedrooms featuring air conditioning. The house provides two bathrooms: one with a bathtub on the ground floor and another with a shower on the upper floor.

The heart of the home is a beautiful glazed living-dining room that opens from the terrace, offering amazing views while you relax or dine. The traditional style kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, flows openly into the living area, where you can enjoy satellite TV and music. This main living space is further enhanced by a cozy chimney and air conditioning. For added convenience, the laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The entire property operates on sustainable solar energy.

Step outside to discover the true wonder of the estate: a private salt pool measuring 7 x 3 meters, perfect for cooling off after a day of sunbathing. The terrace is an ideal spot for hosting delicious barbecues and spending long afternoons chatting while admiring the surrounding landscape.
