Located on the Caribbean side of the Dominican Republic, the neighborhood blends a laid-back fishing-village feel with resort comforts. You are just a short walk from Bayahibe Beach and the marina, making it simple to access snorkeling, diving, and daily boat trips to Saona and Catalina Islands. Local cafés, beachfront bars, and traditional colmados line the streets, offering fresh seafood and live music along the malecon. Most markets, tour desks, and pharmacies are within a 5 to 10-minute walk, while Dominicus Beach is a quick 5 to 7-minute drive. For those arriving by air, La Romana Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, while Punta Cana is between 55 and 70 minutes.

To ensure a smooth arrival, check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. All guests must complete an online check-in form, including ID verification and a selfie, and sign the rental agreement before instructions are released; failure to do so may result in denied access without a refund.

Property rules are strictly enforced to maintain the peaceful atmosphere: no smoking (violation results in a $200 USD fee), no parties, no loud music (including by the pool), and no early check-ins or late check-outs. While pets are allowed, they are strictly prohibited in or around the pool area. To conserve energy, please keep balcony doors closed while the air conditioner is running and turn off the AC when leaving the property.
