Welcome to 'Beach Dreams', a spacious and traditional beach house on stilts where you can enjoy all the comforts of home in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This inviting retreat provides the perfect setting for families and groups looking to experience the coast in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features a thoughtful 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom layout. Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, one queen bed in the third bedroom, and a versatile combination of full and twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. The home is organized with two bedrooms sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom on the left side of the house and another two bedrooms sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom on the right.

Inside, you will find LVP flooring throughout a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. For your entertainment, TVs are provided in the living room and all four bedrooms.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, as it backs up to the Cherry Grove Inlet. Guests can relax on the front and back porches or the ground floor patio area, which is equipped with a grill, picnic table, and a swing. For those who love the water, there is a sitting deck overlooking the inlet with a floating dock perfect for fishing and kayaking (please note that motorized vehicles are prohibited in this section of the inlet).

Located in the popular Cherry Grove section, this home is just 0.3 miles from the ocean, making it easy to take a quick walk to the beach or utilize a rented golf cart. You are in close proximity to must-see entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions, and shopping throughout the area.

• Parking: On-site parking for at least 4 vehicles. Motorcycles, trailers, boats, RVs, and golf carts are allowed, though space is limited; free alternative parking is available at the local rental office.
• House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed.
• Age Requirement: For all non-family groups, every guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of check-in.
• Security: The exterior of the property is under 24-hour video surveillance.
