Designed for families and groups, the layout comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom is highly versatile, equipped with a double-over-double bunk bed and a twin trundle bed, served by a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a pullout sleeper sofa.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living space, ideal for spending quality time together. The full kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and features a large dining table with ample seating, supplemented by additional bar seating. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace or enjoy the cable TV; the living room and bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to log into your own streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+.

Step outside to the spacious outdoor patio to enjoy the BBQ and seating while taking in views of the pool and golf course. As part of the Rivergrass Community, guests have access to shared amenities, including a year-round hot tub, an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), and a free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village.

Location Highlights: Situated adjacent to Blue Mountain, this lodge is a convenient 5-7 minute walk to the heart of Blue Mountain Village and Monterra Golf Course. The area is surrounded by beautiful walking trails, while downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Limited to two vehicles per unit
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years or older and stay on-site
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• House Rules: No smoking of any kind; no pets allowed; shoes must be removed inside the unit
• Important Notes: Skis and snowboards are not permitted in the unit, though a ski locker is available. Please bring your own pool towels, as they are not provided. A $100 charge applies for lost or missing pool fobs.
