The lower level contains the remaining two bedrooms and a shared full bath featuring a separate vanity area and tub/shower combo; the second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and flat screen TV, while the third bunk room offers a Full over Queen bunk bed and TV.

Inside, you will find a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a custom rock, wood-burning fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV, and a DVD player with an extensive collection of movies for family entertainment. For additional sleeping, the living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa. The dining area provides seating for 6, and the fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the lower level includes a private washer and dryer.

Located in a prime spot, the condo is within walking distance to The Village, positioned on the Winter shuttle route, and easily accessible from the ski back trail. Guests are less than a 5-minute walk from the Gondola and just a short car ride from the Sierra Star Golf Course, various shopping centers, and dining options.
