This residence features a split floorplan across two levels. The entry lower level houses the sleeping quarters, while the second floor serves as the primary living space. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort: the primary bedroom includes a Queen bed and flatscreen TV, and the second bedroom provides bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and an XL twin on top, plus an additional twin roll-away bed. There are two full bathrooms, each equipped with a tub/shower combo, one located on the lower level and one on the upper level.

On the upper level, you will find an open-concept living room with striking vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The space is designed for gathering, featuring a comfortable sectional centered around a large 48" HD TV and a selection of family board games. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for family meals and includes a dining area that comfortably seats six. For a breath of fresh air, step out onto the private deck with outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee. To keep you warm, the home utilizes a cozy pellet stove downstairs along with electric heaters.

Located on a private lot with ample parking, the home is ideally situated for exploration. You can take a short stroll to the Village for shopping, coffee, and dining, or use the Gondola for access to Canyon Lodge. A convenient free shuttle is located right at your doorstep to transport you throughout town, as well as to Canyon and Eagle Lodges.
