Perched on the side of a mountain, this one-of-a-kind sanctuary offers breathtaking panoramic views that stretch from Black Mountain to Mount Ninderry, Mount Coolum, and the stunning Sunshine Coast coastline, making you feel like you're on top of the world.

This exclusive experience provides access to two of the property's four architecturally designed pavilions, featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

The Sunrise Pavilion serves as a serene and beautifully appointed private retreat. It features a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and portable heater. For additional guests, the open living area includes a queen sofa bed and a dining table for four. The spacious bathroom is designed to impress, boasting a walk-in open shower, double vanity, and a freestanding bath positioned to capture the stunning natural surroundings. This is the only pavilion featuring air-conditioning.

Complementing the sleeping quarters is the Panorama Pavilion, the main living and dining space. This luxurious area utilizes floor-to-ceiling glass bifold doors to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The interior includes a spacious living area with two comfortable leather sofas, three stylish sitting chairs, a cosy fireplace, and a large wall-mounted smart TV. A high-spec modern kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, coffee pod machine, and fridge, supported by a well-equipped butler's pantry with a second fridge. A long wooden table seating twelve makes this the ideal spot for family gatherings. Additional conveniences include a dedicated laundry with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, and an integrated office area with spectacular views. Outside, a BBQ area and seating area are perfect for sunset happy hours.

Located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, the farm is surrounded by 60 acres of land, including 5 acres of manicured grounds. Guests can explore charming art galleries, wineries, and boutique shops in nearby Montville or Maleny, both within a 20-minute drive. Nature lovers will enjoy the Kondalilla National Park (20 minutes away) for its hiking trails and waterfalls, while Australia Zoo is just 15 minutes away. Due to the peaceful rural setting, a car is highly recommended as there is no public transport nearby.

• Please be aware that insects and snakes may be present due to the rural environment
• For security, two external cameras monitor the entrance driveway and parking area
• Parking: Space for two cars in the garage, two at the entry, and two on the unsurfaced driveway
• Access is via a steep, half-surfaced and half-dirt road; the grounds are surrounded by an electric fence
