Absolutely no smoking inside of the property. There will be immediate cancellation of your reservation if smoking is detected inside and a cleaning fee of $500 per incident.

Please choose number of guests accurately. Our base rates are valid for up to 8 guests. After 8 guests, there is an additional charge of $15 per guest per night.

Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.

Quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. After 10PM guest cannot be hanging outside in the parking lot, patio or front yard. We ask everyone to take the party inside after 10PM.

Please, no illegal drugs of any kind on the property.

Please, no guns on the property.

Absolutely no dunking or playing basketball at the basketball hoop in the parking lot of the property;

Pets are allowed. There is a pet fee of $150 per pet, with a three-pet maximum. Sorry, but NO CATS or EXOTIC animals are allowed in the house. Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.

Parties and gatherings are not permitted at this property.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless this is arranged before making the reservation.

Standard check-out time is at 10 AM, and check-in time is at 4 PM. This window allows our cleaning staff to get your house clean.

Late check-out without previous agreement from the host might result in a $50 dollar charge for every 30 minutes.

No more than three vehicles are allowed to park at the property at any time. Can park on the street.

After your reservation will be confirmed, you will be sent a rental agreement to your email address to review, agree and sign electronically within 24 hours of receiving it. This agreement will be sent outside of the booking platform and will be between the guests and Emperor Rentals LLC property management company.
