• Guests must provide Government ID prior to finalIzing reservation.

• Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
• NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
• No Pets
• No skis, snowboards, or boots inside the unit.
• If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
  -Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.

Hot Tub:

• Read and Follow Hot tub rules
• This hot tub has been inspected for cleanliness and pH levels checked
• Shower before entering
• Wear swimwear
• 3 people max
• No glass, alcohol, food in the hot tub
• Please contact us immediately if the hot tub is not satisfactory prior to use
• Guests may be responsible for call out and maintenance fees for any negligence if not reported prior to use. -Hot Tub is inspected and cleaned after each guest. If found in unsatisfactory condition due to guests failure to follow these guidelines, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

1)Subject to Maintenance: The availability of hot tubs is subject to regular maintenance and occasional repairs. While we strive to ensure that our hot tubs are operational at all times, there may be instances where maintenance or unforeseen issues arise, leading to temporary unavailability. 2) Scheduled Maintenance: To guarantee the safety and enjoyment of our guests, scheduled maintenance of hot tubs may occur periodically. We will make every effort to schedule these maintenance sessions during periods of low occupancy to minimize inconvenience. 3)Unforeseen Circumstances: Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failures or extreme weather conditions may lead to the temporary closure of the hot tub. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and assure you that we will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly. 4)Alternative Accommodations: In the event that the hot tub is unavailable during your stay, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that we offer a range of alternative amenities and activities to enhance your vacation experience if available. 5)No Compensation: While we understand the disappointment of not being able to use the hot tub, we regret to inform you that we do not offer compensation or refunds for its temporary unavailability. Our primary concern is the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and we will prioritize resolving any issues swiftly.

We'll do our best to process cancellations promptly in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, all credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Unapproved late check out = every 30 mins after 11 am AKST is an additional $75
Non-disclosed overnight guest = $50 per night per person
