-The pet fee is $100+ tax (per pet). Our reservationist will collect the fee from you after your booking is accepted. -This is a smoke-free property. No smoking. -Decor depicted in the photos may be updated or changed from time to time as we update small items. -We provide a starter kit of toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags but if you run out, you will be responsible for purchasing more for the remainder of your stay. -Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, coffee, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments & other groceries at the local convenience store. -Remember when using a hot tub that certain health-risks are associated. Use at your own risk! No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tub at anytime without adult supervision. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, re-fill and replenish chemicals before your arrival. It may be later that evening before it is hot and ready for your enjoyment. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember, when not using the hot tub, to leave the lid closed so the hot tub will stay warm. -The septic system is very effective, however it can get clogged if improper materials are flushed.. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime! If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system you may be charged for damages up to $1,000. Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet! -There are bears that live in Tennessee. You may see one during your travels in the Smoky Mountains. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. We want them to remain in nature away from humans and not feeding them helps accomplish that. Keep your car doors locked at all times and do not keep food in your car. The bears know how to open car doors. -Please do not throw any food or trash off of the decks. Respect the mountains. Ensure any trash taken outside is put in the appropriate trash bins and secured so bears cannot access them. -If you are late to check out, we reserve the right to charge $25 per hour past your scheduled 10AM checkout. All of our properties are on a pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional, but being in the Smoky Mountains means that you may encounter critters of the 4, 6, or 8-legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times. -We can not control the weather in the Smoky Mountains. We do not refund money for loss of power, Wi-Fi, or any other amenities due to weather or natural disasters. If you choose to cancel your trip due to weather conditions, we will not refund you, but we may be able to offer alternative dates. -Some of our properties may have outdoor cameras. These are for safety purposes only. There are no cameras in the cabin. Please do not tamper with the security camera. -This property is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. -You will receive a separate message from the property management team requesting a copy of your ID and a signed rental agreement. Completion of these items is required before your door code can be released.
