This expansive home is designed for large groups and families, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the bedrooms: one room features a king bed, another offers a queen bed paired with a single, a third includes a double-single bunk, and the final bedroom provides a queen bed.

Designed for both adventure and relaxation, the chalet includes unique details for all ages. Families will love the basement playroom featuring a chalkboard wall for creative expression, while an outdoor play module provides additional fun for children. After a day of exploration, guests can unwind in the outdoor spa while taking in stunning mountain views.

Located in a natural playground, the surrounding area is brimming with activity. Winter guests can enjoy downhill skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, tubing, or dog sledding. Summer brings mountain biking at Parc Louis-Philippe-De Grandpré, hiking at Parc régional de la Chute-à-Bull, kayaking on the Assomption River, and beach days at Plein Air Lanaudia. In the fall, the region transforms during the Festival of Colours, blending local traditions with breathtaking landscapes. Practical Information:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Security Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is placed on hold 24 hours before arrival (excluding Airbnb bookings) and released after inspection.
• House Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited to maintain good neighbor relations. Outdoor noise-generating activities are forbidden between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. per municipal by-laws.
• Pets: Dogs are accepted only with prior authorization and under strict conditions. They must be sterilized, over 1 year old, and kept off furniture and out of bedrooms. Dogs must be leashed outdoors. An additional fee of $100 per animal per stay (or $200 per month for long-term stays) applies. Guests are responsible for picking up waste and vacuuming floors and couches at the end of their stay.
• Additional Notes: The BBQ is maintained during the summer season only. Guests may not bring personal boats to put on the lake.
