The first floor features a large living room with a cozy fireplace ideal for the colder months, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower tray, and one bedroom featuring two twin beds. The second floor serves as the primary place to rest, offering another full bathroom with a tub and two additional bedrooms. This includes a second room with two single beds and a master bedroom with a comfortable 150 cm double bed and direct access to a private terrace with spectacular views of the mountains.

Outdoor living is the heart of the summer experience here. Guests can enjoy a beautiful pool overlooking Lake La Encantada, as well as a relaxation area complete with sofas, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table. For those who love outdoor cooking, the property provides paella pans, a pot, and a gas cooking stove with gas cylinders included.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via convenient self check-in with a lockbox
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome to enjoy the surroundings
• Barbecue and Fire: A charcoal barbecue is available (charcoal not included). Please note that due to strict wildfire risk regulations, open fires outdoors and the use of the barbecue are prohibited from June 1 to October 1. During this period, gas irons and pots may be used without issue.
