This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king-sized bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, patio access, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and smart TV, while the fourth bedroom is a kid-friendly space with two full-size bunk beds and a trundle. For extra capacity, the media room includes a queen pull-out sofa.

Inside, you will find a fully stocked chef's kitchen equipped with high-end stainless appliances, a large island with high seating, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The living room invites you to unwind with its plush sofa and unique egg chair, while the media room adds a cozy touch with an electric fireplace and a record player. For those seeking friendly competition, the game room is packed with a pool table, shuffleboard, an arcade game, and various board games.

The backyard is the true star of the show, serving as a private resort-style sanctuary.
