• The accommodation is exclusively for holiday use; loud parties or illegal activities are strictly forbidden. Penalties for non-compliance range from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 for professional events
• Ecotasa: All travelers aged 16 and over are charged €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter (plus 10% VAT)
