Checking-In:
• Early Check-In:
Early check-in requests are subject to availability and approval. An additional fee may apply based on the time of request. We can only accommodate early check-ins up to 1 hour before our standard check-in time of 3 PM, subject to availability.
• Luggage Drop-Off:
For security reasons, luggage cannot be stored at the building reception. There are also no available lockers or storage facilities in the building. Please plan accordingly, as we cannot accommodate luggage drop-off or storage.
Before You Arrive:
Please complete all required details and submit the necessary documents (passport or Emirates ID) via our system or through the link (online check in form) sent after your booking is confirmed. This will require you to:

Provide the booker’s details (full name and email address — we will use this email to set up your keyless access, as we use a smart lock system). If keyless is not available, door code will be provided prior to your check in time.

Submit passport copies for all guests staying at the property (this is mandatory).

Complete ID verification and sign the agreement.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The total number of guests staying must match the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed access to the property.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No loud music or parties are allowed.

Lost access card (if applicable): A fee of AED 500-1000 will apply for any lost cards.

Early check-in: Subject to availability and approval. A fee of AED 100 per hour applies.

Late check-out: Must be pre-approved. Without consent, a late check-out fee will apply.

Pets: Not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment, including the balcony. The ashtray is placed on the balcony only for building compliance and Dubai tourism regulations, but smoking is not allowed at all.
Guest Responsibility:
The main guest assumes full responsibility for the behavior and actions of all individuals present at the property during the stay.
Booking Fees:
The guest shall pay the full amount as stated during the booking process, prior to check-in. Payment is required in full to confirm availability.
Security Deposit:
If applicable, a security deposit must be paid as per the booking terms. This is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are found.
Termination:
The host reserves the right to access the property for housekeeping, maintenance, or inspection. Any breach of the agreement may lead to immediate termination of the stay.
Maintenance & Repairs:
Guests are expected to keep the property in a clean and tidy condition and use it responsibly.
Reporting Issues:
Guests must report any damages, stains, or issues immediately upon check-in or during the stay.
Trash Disposal:
Guests should place trash in designated bins. Excess trash should be disposed of in the building’s refuse area.
Use of Premises:
This rental is for short-term occupancy only. It may not be used as a residence or for commercial purposes.
Subletting:
Guests are not allowed to sublet the property.
Security:
Please note that public areas are monitored by CCTV. A smoke and noise sensor is installed in the apartment for safety.
Shortened Stay & Conditions:
No refunds will be issued for shortened stays, cancellations, or unmet expectations due to external factors like weather.
Hazardous Materials:
Fireworks, candles, open flames, and other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Illegal Activity:
The property must only be used for legal purposes. Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the stay.
Host’s Liability:
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the stay.
Personal Belongings:
The host is not responsible for any personal items left at the property.
Attorney’s Fees:
Guests agree to cover any reasonable legal fees incurred by the host in enforcing this agreement.
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the location of the property.
Entire Agreement:
This document constitutes the full agreement between both parties and overrides any previous verbal or written agreements.
Severability:
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
Please Note:
These steps are mandatory as per building management and Dubai Tourism regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied access. Rest assured, we are GDPR-compliant, and all personal data is handled securely. This process ensures a smooth and seamless check-in experience at the front desk.
• Arrival:
Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.
Please be advised that this is a residential building, and you are required to present your passport copy at the building's reception.
Kindly expect possible delays, especially if there is a queue, as the passport check is mandatory for security purposes.
During Your Stay:
• Be Respectful:
Please be considerate of our neighbors, follow Dubai’s laws, and take care of the property and its furniture.
• No Parties:
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited.
• No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment, including the balcony. If smoking is detected, a penalty of AED 3,500 will be applied.
• Key Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500-1000 will be charged for any lost keys or access cards.
• Additional Services:
We offer extra cleaning, towel or linen changes, and additional amenities upon request and additional charges.
