The upper floor hosts two single rooms located in the eaves; while the ceilings are low, the Velux windows offer amazing views of the hillside and the distant Bude coastline. A landing space between the upstairs rooms is ideal for children to relax, read, or listen to music. The family bathroom is situated on the ground floor, featuring both a bathtub and shower over for a relaxing soak.

The heart of the home is an open-plan living area where the sleek fitted kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and sitting areas, complete with comfy sofas for sprawling.
