The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to suit various group needs, featuring a King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, and two Twin beds in each of the third and fourth bedrooms.

The interior is defined by a warm, open living area with high ceilings, rustic wood finishes, and vaulted wood ceilings that create an airy yet intimate atmosphere. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a convenient kitchen island, and a dedicated dining area, complemented by a practical laundry room. • Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Four available spaces (two underneath the property and two in front of the garage), with additional parking in the surrounding roundabout/cul-de-sac. The garage is not available for guest use.
• Pet Policy: One pet allowed (20 lbs or less) with prior disclosure and fee. Pets must be crated if unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• House Rules: Primary guest must be at least 25. No smoking indoors ($1,500 fee) and no parties or events ($1,000 penalty). Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Additional Notes: This property does not include access to Trillium Country Club amenities. Cell service may be limited; please save check-in instructions before arrival.
