The home is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate up to 8 guests. The main floor features two bedrooms; one contains a queen size bed, while the second offers a queen size bed along with a twin-twin bunk bed. A full bathroom serves the main level. For additional privacy, the basement provides a third bedroom with a queen bed and a second bathroom.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property experience is defined by its unique setting. Guests can unwind in their private hot tub after a day of exploring the scenic surroundings. Outside the front door, the Leisure Lake Resort provides an array of activities, including fishing and paddle boating on the lake, ensuring there is always something to do whether you are looking for excitement or peace.

Located in the heart of the Poconos, this home places you directly inside a resort community where outdoor play and serene lake views are the primary focus. It is a prime location for those seeking the classic Pennsylvania mountain experience.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note the following practical information and house rules:

• Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house, with a $1,000 fine for violations.
• A no-shoes policy is enforced inside the home.
• All guests must provide ID information to confirm the reservation and sign the Guest Liability Waiver and Release before check-in.
• The minimum booking age is 25 years old.
• National Holidays require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Furry companions are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on beds, couches, or any furniture; failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. A pet fee applies per stay (refer to booking options for the current rate).
