About Property

Discover the ultimate Arizona getaway at The Ocotillo Retreat, a professionally designed private escape in Scottsdale perfectly positioned for relaxation and adventure. Freshly remodeled from top to bottom, this stunning residence blends modern comfort with effortless living, located just minutes from the charm of Historic Old Town.

The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The interior features an open-concept floor plan where the living room, dining area, and a beautifully renovated chef's kitchen merge into one inviting space. Guests can relax on an oversized sectional with a large Smart TV, prepare meals using quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, or gather around a dining table that seats eight. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms provide serene retreats, while the two spa-inspired bathrooms offer a touch of luxury. A standout feature is the attached private flex casita, which serves as a fourth sleeping area or game room; this versatile space includes a queen sleeper sofa, a game table, its own Smart TV, and dedicated mini-split air conditioning.

While the structured amenities list is currently empty, the home provides a dedicated workspace for remote work and curated furnishings throughout.

The resort-style backyard is a true private oasis. Guests can enjoy the Arizona sunshine in the large diving pool, challenge friends on the custom oversized putting green, or unwind beneath an elevated gazebo. This fully enclosed outdoor sanctuary also features a fire pit seating area, a covered patio, multiple poolside loungers, and outdoor dining spaces.

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property offers seamless access to Scottsdale's best attractions, including Scottsdale Fashion Square, Scottsdale Stadium for Spring Training, TPC Scottsdale, and the hiking trails of Camelback Mountain, as well as top-rated golf courses and vibrant nightlife.
