Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2—both of which feature head-up adjustable bases for added comfort—while Bedroom 3 offers a twin bunk bed and a twin bed. For additional guests, the living room provides a sleeper sofa, and a twin air mattress and portable crib are available.

While the home is a sanctuary of comfort, the outdoor spaces are built for the true beach experience. Enjoy a furnished deck with a dining set, a private balcony off the first bedroom, and two outdoor showers to rinse off after a day in the surf. The property is fully equipped for outdoor cooking with both charcoal and Traeger pellet grills. To make your trip seamless, the host provides beach chairs, towels, toys, a wagon, boogie boards, and life vests.

Inside, the kitchen is well-appointed for easy meals, featuring a breakfast bar, Instant Pot, blender, and coffee options including a Keurig and French press. The living area is designed for entertainment with Roku TVs, board games, and books for both adults and children.
