We offer early check-in for $50 per hour and late check-out for $50 per hour, subject to availability.

Late check-outs after 11:00 AM are charged at $50 per half hour, unless approved in advance. We understand it can be inconvenient, but sometimes we need to prepare the unit for the next guest.

Quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

Please take out the trash and remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer at the time of checkout.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Please let us know in advance to reserve your space.

Prior authorization is required for any additional guests not included on the reservation. If there are additional unregistered guests, a fee of $50.00 per guest per night will be charged.

No parties are allowed under any circumstances. It is considered a “party” when there are more people than the number of guests allowed on the property, whether visiting or staying at the accommodation. If a party occurs, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of $1000.00. This fee covers only the party event. Any additional damage or breach of rules will be charged separately at our discretion.

Please contact us if you would like information about events. Prior approval is required.

Parties are not permitted. A penalty of $1000.00 will apply and may result in the immediate termination of the reservation. If a “party” occurs, as defined above, the reservation will be canceled immediately, the appropriate authority may be called to vacate the property, and a penalty of $1,000.00 PLUS any additional costs necessary to repair damage and leave the property in optimal condition will be applied. This is at the discretion of the administration.

No pets allowed on property. If pets or evidence of their presence are detected, a penalty of $500.00 plus any damage caused will be applied.

THE CAMERAS CANNOT BE MOVED FOR ANY REASON OR A $1000.00 PENALTY WILL APPLY.

Late check-out: Any departure after 11:00 AM will be charged at $50.00 per half hour, unless previously agreed with management.

Smoking:

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. Any type of smoking must be done outside the building. Smoking on the balcony is not allowed. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the outside trash can. If smoking is detected inside the apartment, a penalty of $1,000.00 will be applied, the reservation will be canceled immediately, and the appropriate authority may be called to evict the property. Any odor or evidence will indicate that smoking occurred indoors.

No illicit substances are allowed inside or outside the property.

Bathrooms:

Please do not flush: wet wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, or any type of trash, as the pipes are very narrow. If the pipes become clogged, all plumbing costs will be charged to the responsible guest.

Common areas:

Do not move furniture from the common areas. Otherwise, fines will apply.

Fitness center:

Please do not drop the weights or make excessive noise. We like to keep residents happy.

Swimming Pool:

The common areas are exclusively for registered guests.

Maximum 2 guests in the pool at the same time per apartment (maximum 4 people in the pool area in total).

Visitors are not allowed in the common areas.

No events, celebrations or social gatherings are permitted.

The building management may deny access if the rules are not respected.

Minors are not allowed without adult supervision.

Eating or drinking in the pool area is not allowed. Otherwise, fines will apply.

Any fine imposed by the condominium will be passed on to the guest.

Furniture:

If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original location.

Do not use furniture, bed linens, pillows or other indoor items outdoors.

Outdoor:

DO NOT hang towels on the balcony or on the outdoor furniture, as this may damage them. Charges will apply for replacement of towels if necessary.

Kitchen:

Rinse all used kitchen utensils and items.

Thoroughly wash all utensils and kitchen items.

Discard all used food.

Trash:

Empty all trash cans and dispose of them in the building's garbage room.

Additional Guests:

Any guest in addition to the registered number or exceeding the maximum capacity will be charged $100 per person per day. If 2 people are staying, 2 people must check in, not 1. We are very strict on this policy due to previous experiences where 1 person checked in and 4 people arrived and held a party.

IF THERE ARE ADDITIONAL UNREGISTERED GUESTS, A PARTY FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION TO THE ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE, UNLESS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT.

NOTE: Reasonable failure to comply with these rules may affect the return of the security deposit and result in additional costs in excess of the deposit. All violations may result in additional charges at the discretion of management.
