Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and the minimum age to book this property is 18. Guests are asked to respect all Condo Rules to maintain access to resort amenities. Please be aware that while the Sotavento and Barlovento towers are complete, a third tower is undergoing finishing construction until September 2026, and some owners may be adding final touches to their units; consequently, some noise may occur during working hours (ending by 8:00 PM).
