Each room features windows that frame spectacular countryside views, ensuring you wake up to the beauty of the valley every morning. Inside, the living room is a sanctuary of relaxation with calming neutral tones, plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy log-burning stove. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a spacious dining table, ideal for relaxed meals and social evenings. Outside, guests can enjoy a private seating area overlooking Eskdale Fell, while the front of the cottage provides a unique outlook onto the charming Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway.

Located in the heart of one of the Lake District’s most picturesque settings, Boot is a rural village of traditional stone cottages and countryside pubs. Within a short walk, you can explore the 17th-century packhorse bridge, the historic Eskdale Mill with its working waterwheels, and the quaint Whillan Beck stream. The area is a paradise for walkers, with proximity to the Stanley Ghyll Force waterfall and the banks of the River Esk. While the village is easily explored on foot, a car is recommended for wider exploration of the rural Cumbrian landscape.
