Designed for entertainment and effortless hosting, the interior boasts a gourmet Viking kitchen equipped with three refrigerators, a freezer, ice maker, and generous prep space for large group meals. For leisure, the home features a dedicated game room in the garage with foosball, ping pong, and cornhole, as well as board games and four Smart TVs throughout the living areas and primary bedroom.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the Kickback Cove experience. Guests can enjoy expansive lakeside decks and a fire pit, or head down to the private dock. A canoe and paddle board are provided for lake adventures, and a dock house is available for guest use.

Located on the shores of Lake Gaston, the property is ideally situated for both relaxation and exploration. You are just a short walk from Jenny Cakes at the Lake and Rock Outdoors, and minutes away from Lake Gaston Fitness and local dining like Watersview Restaurant. Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM (via garage keypad)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles plus a boat trailer (garage is reserved for the game room)
• Minimum Booking Age: Primary guest must be 25 years old
• Restrictions: No pets allowed, no smoking indoors or in the garage, and no parties or events
• Quiet Hours: Observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Access Note: The upstairs bedroom is locked and unavailable for guest use; the boat lift is not available
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property
