The home features a thoughtfully designed layout across three levels. On the main level, an inviting great room greets you with warm wood accents, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV equipped with Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount+, and Disney+. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with seating for two, complemented by a dining table that seats six. This level also includes a convenient half bath and laundry area.

Sleeping arrangements are distributed for maximum comfort:

• Main Level: King ensuite with deck access, TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom featuring a jetted soaking tub, tiled shower, and double marble vanities.
• Upper Level: Queen bedroom with TV and ceiling fan, served by a hall bathroom with double granite vanities and a tiled tub/shower combination. A comfortable loft seating area is also located here, perfect for reading or taking in the views.
• Lower Level: King bedroom with TV and ceiling fan and a shared hall bathroom. This level also includes a second living area with a large sectional, TV, electric fireplace, hanging chair, poker table, and an additional twin bed.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated within the Eagles Nest community, guests have access to a wealth of activities. The Great Camp offers an Epic Chophouse, BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater for summer concerts, a playground, hiking trails, and a mini-golf course. The North Pavilion provides a Sports Court for basketball and pickleball, a dog park, and the Woodland Trail System. Additionally, guests can visit the Eagles Nest Winery (day passes available for $25) or utilize the community tennis and archery facilities.
