• Pets: Allowed (please add to reservation, keep off furniture, and never leave unattended). A $100 fee applies for uncollected waste.
• Noise: Strict no-parties policy; please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM per city ordinances.
• Smoking: Outdoor-only. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies for interior smoke odors.
• Fire Safety: Follow all local seasonal fire bans. Firewood is not provided.
