HOUSMIGO RENTALS — HOUSE RULES

You are staying in a professionally managed home, prepared to hotel standard for your arrival. These guidelines protect your experience, the home, and every guest who stays here after you.

Arrival and Departure Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Your access instructions and dedicated property manager contact are sent 48 hours before arrival, once verification is complete. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, submitted at least 24 hours ahead and subject to availability, and may carry an additional fee. An unauthorized late checkout is subject to a $100 fee.

Occupancy This home accommodates the maximum number of guests stated on your reservation, including children, infants, and day visitors. All guests must be listed on the reservation before arrival. Maximum occupancy is set in accordance with fire department safety codes and property regulations. Exceeding it is a violation of these rules and of applicable safety codes, and will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Overnight visitors not included in the reservation are not permitted.

Events and Gatherings This is a private residence reserved for registered guests. Parties and events of any kind are not permitted without prior written approval. Guests wishing to host any organized gathering, even one within the registered guest count, must request and receive written permission in advance. Unapproved events result in a $500 fine and cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Quiet Hours and Neighbors Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor music and gatherings conclude by 10:00 PM. Please be considerate of the surrounding community at all hours.

Care of the Home Please treat this home the way you would a quality hotel. If something breaks or stops working, contact your property manager so we can address it promptly. Before checkout, please leave the kitchen tidy, dispose of trash, and leave the home in reasonable condition. Excessive mess beyond what a considerate guest would leave is subject to a $150 cleaning fee. A property left requiring deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover is charged the full cost of that service.

Linens and Towels All linens and towels are laundered offsite to hotel standard by Housmigo before every arrival, and are provided for personal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning, makeup removal, or hair treatments. Please do not hang towels or items to dry in areas visible from outside the property; a community violation is subject to a $100 fee.

Starter Amenities Each home is prepared with a starter kit to begin your stay comfortably:

Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers (per bathroom) 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom) 1 roll of paper towels 1 sponge 1 dish soap dispenser 5 trash bags A limited supply of laundry pods 2 coffee pods

Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest's responsibility to review what is included in the property and to stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay. Additional supplies are available at nearby stores.

Smoking This is a non-smoking property indoors and within 10 feet of any door or window. Outdoor smoking is permitted with proper disposal of all materials. Indoor smoking is subject to a $350 remediation fee.

Pets Pets are not permitted. An unauthorized animal on the property is subject to a $250 fee and may result in cancellation without refund.

Air Conditioning and Utilities Please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running, as operating it otherwise causes damage. Where a property is equipped with backup power or water systems, these minimize interruptions but cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a utility interruption beyond our control exceeding three consecutive hours, guests may request a prorated refund for directly affected unused nights only. Housmigo Rentals is not responsible for alternate lodging or related costs.

Beach Essentials Where provided, beach supplies are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. These may include 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and a cooler. Please return all beach items to their place after use. Items that are broken or not returned will be charged to the reservation. Normal wear and tear is expected and understood. If you find an item already broken or missing on arrival, please notify your property manager immediately.

Security Cameras Where present, exterior security cameras operate for the safety and security of guests and the property. They face outward only. Please do not cover, reposition, or interfere with any security device.

Content Creation Housmigo Rentals is content-friendly and welcomes creators. Commercial photography, video production, live streaming, and promotional content require prior written approval, which we may grant or decline at our discretion. Where approved, creators are asked to credit and tag the property and Housmigo Rentals. Personal photos and videos for private use are always welcome.

Subletting and Corporate Bookings Subletting, re-renting, or transferring this reservation to another party is not permitted. Bookings made by a company or corporate group on behalf of others are welcome; however, the booker must provide the contact details of the primary guest who will actually be staying at the property before arrival. This ensures proper communication and a smooth experience for everyone.

Good Faith By booking, you confirm your reservation is made in good faith and accept decisions made by Housmigo Rentals or the booking platform related to the enforcement of these rules.

Travel Insurance We strongly recommend travel insurance, particularly during hurricane season from June through November. It is inexpensive and can cover cancellations, delays, and unforeseen events. Housmigo Rentals is not affiliated with any insurance provider.

How to Reach Us We are here before, during, and after your stay. For all reservation communication, please use the booking platform so everything is documented for both parties. Your dedicated property manager's contact is provided before arrival for genuine emergencies.

EXECUTIVE HOME — PROPERTY ADDENDUM

The following rules apply specifically to the Executive Home, in addition to the Housmigo Rentals House Rules above.

Jacuzzi Jacuzzi hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A maximum of 6 people may use the jacuzzi at a time. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass containers are permitted in the jacuzzi area. Please do not add soaps, oils, or any products to the jacuzzi. Doing so damages the filtration system, and any resulting repair or remediation will be charged to the reservation. Please respect the jacuzzi hours, as this is a peaceful residential neighborhood, home to families and professionals, and the area is at rest by 10:00 PM.

BBQ Grill Please turn off the gas after every use and never leave the grill unattended while in use. BBQ utensils are provided.

Residential Neighborhood The Executive Home is located in a quiet residential area, home to families and professionals. Please be considerate of neighbors at all hours. Outdoor gatherings and noise must conclude by 10:00 PM.

Fruit Plantation The property includes an active plantation in a labeled area that is restricted to guests. Harvesting or removing any fruit, plants, or natural materials without prior authorization is not permitted.

Parking A private enclosed garage and outdoor parking are available. Please keep all vehicles within the designated on-site areas and do not block neighboring driveways or street access
