Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain a peaceful retreat for all guests and neighbors, a strict no-parties policy is in place, and noise must be kept to a respectful minimum after 9:00 PM. Smoking is strictly permitted outdoors only; interior smoking will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee. We love four-legged guests, but we ask that pets stay off the furniture and are never left unattended. Please ensure all pet waste is removed from the yard to avoid a $100 cleanup fee. Guests must also adhere to local seasonal fire bans regarding the fire pit; please note that firewood is not provided.
