Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels to ensure maximum privacy for up to 8 guests. The layout includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a secluded main-level king suite with a Tempur-Pedic king bed, walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom. The upper level hosts a queen bedroom complete with its own private balcony and walk-in closet, situated next to a full bathroom boasting a jetted tub, double vanity, and separate tiled shower. For additional guests, the lower level offers a dedicated bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and a full bathroom with a shower tub combo.

Inside, the home is defined by inviting spaces to gather. The main living area features a gas fireplace and a 65-inch streaming TV, while the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that comfortably seats eight. For those seeking play or peace, the lower-level entertainment room is a highlight, offering a convertible game table (pool, air hockey, and ping pong), a wet bar with a wine fridge and mini fridge, another gas fireplace, and a second 65-inch streaming TV. Additionally, the upper loft provides a quiet sanctuary with futon seating and a dedicated coffee station.

Outdoor living is elevated on the screened-in deck, which features a wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, streaming TV, and a mix of rocking chairs and sofa seating. Guests can also enjoy Adirondack seating on the front and side decks, or retreat to the lower deck for a nap in the hammock. To further enhance your stay, a newly installed sauna is now available for guest use.
