Sleeping Arrangements & Layout The villa provides a spacious layout featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior is bright and welcoming, with two spacious bedrooms and peaceful atmospheres to ensure restful nights after fun-filled days in the sun. The living room offers comfortable seating for movie nights and games, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing family meals and morning coffee.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the Richmond Park section of Kingston Plantation, guests are immersed in a gated resort community known for its lush landscaping and relaxed coastal atmosphere. The area is ideal for morning walks or evening strolls along scenic paths. You will be located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just a short drive from top attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, world-class golf courses, mini golf, and a variety of shopping and dining options.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 23 years old to book and stay; security will verify ID upon arrival.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Vehicles: Small passenger vans are permitted. Motorcycles are allowed but must be parked in designated spaces outside the community and are not permitted past the security gate. No trailers are allowed.
• Pool Access: Access is limited to the pools located at Laurel Court and Arrowhead Court only. Please note that the outdoor pool is seasonal.
