To access the property It is mandatory to upload and present the official IDs of the adults who will be staying in the property, as well as to sign the terms and conditions in our system once the reservation is confirmed. If the information is not sent on time, there may be delays in gaining access. This is to ensure the safety of all guests!

Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: No later than 11:00 A.M.

If an extension of nights or late check-out after 8:00 a.m. on the original check-out day is requested, the cost of the scheduled cleaning must be covered.

No parties or events allowed.

There is no smoking inside the home.

Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep the noise level down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Please leave the place in reasonable condition at checkout.

Please use the air conditioning/lights sparingly. Help us take care of the planet 🌎.

Follow the instructions for using the parking lot and access (if applicable).
