Nestled in the enchanting neighborhood of Santa Ana Tepetitlán within Zapopan, the property is situated in a region known for its local charm and scenic beauty, providing guests with a peaceful base to experience the authentic spirit of Jalisco.

To ensure a seamless stay, please review the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To access the property, it is mandatory to upload and present official identifications for all adults staying at the residence and sign the terms and conditions in our system once the reservation is confirmed.

In order to maintain a peaceful environment for all, pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Parties and events are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to keep volume levels low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Additionally, we ask that you leave the premises in reasonable condition upon departure and use electricity and air conditioning with moderation to help us protect the planet.
