For property access, it is mandatory to upload and present official identification for all adults staying in the unit, as well as sign the terms and conditions in the system once the reservation is confirmed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you keep volume levels low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We also kindly ask that you use electricity and air conditioning with moderation to help protect the planet and leave the space in reasonable condition upon departure.
