Designed for total inclusivity, the main level is fully ADA compliant. This floor features step-free access and a wheelchair-friendly layout. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a specialized roll-in shower equipped with a bench, grab bars, and a handheld shower. A second bedroom offers two twin beds and a luxurious walk-in Kohler jetted bathtub. Both upstairs bathrooms are outfitted with remote-controlled bidets and safety rails. The main level also boasts a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a spacious kitchen featuring a convection oven and Keurig coffee maker.

For entertainment, the terrace level offers a spacious rec room featuring a Yamaha baby grand piano, a crescent-shaped sofa, and an electric massage lounge chair with heating. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities with a dedicated jigsaw puzzle table, Mahjong, and various board games. • Septic System: No food may be put down the kitchen drains.
• Hot Tub: Please do not set temperature above 102 degrees; no glass, oil, soap, or dogs allowed in the tub.
• Piano: Only accomplished pianists are permitted to play the Yamaha Baby Grand.
