Designed for comfort and versatility, the lodge features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a dedicated bunk room featuring three bunk beds, making it ideal for children or larger groups. For a restful sleep after a full day of adventure, room-darkening shades and blackout blinds are provided in every room.

The home is curated for entertainment and relaxation. Inside, you will find a full-size pool table that converts to air hockey, alongside a Wii, board games, and a premium sound system. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, expansive counter space, and a large dining table for communal meals. For outdoor enjoyment, the property boasts a spacious deck with a BBQ grill and full dining setup, a fire pit for stargazing, and a private hot tub serviced before every arrival.

Silverthorne serves as the perfect base for exploring Summit County. In winter, you are within 35 minutes of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. Other seasonal thrills include dog sledding with Alaskan huskies, snowshoeing to hidden waterfalls, or skating on a frozen lake at 9,300 feet. When the snow melts, guests can hike through golden aspens, fish for trout on the Blue River, paddleboard on Dillon Reservoir, or tee off at the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks.

Practical details include two garage spaces and two driveway spaces. As a family-friendly retreat, the home is fully stocked with a crib, Pack 'n Play, baby safety gates, and outlet covers, as well as humidifiers to combat the dry mountain air.

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted indoors due to the high wildfire risk area, and pets are not allowed. Groups exceeding the listed occupancy may be accommodated with prior approval from Luxury Peaks Property Management.
